You can register for Tri-Quest by visiting www.active.com or by completing the downloadable entry form and sending this form along with your check made payable to Tri-Quest Charities, Inc. to: Tri-Quest Post Office Box 171 La Crosse, WI 54602-0171 Entry form available in early July. NOTE: Do not send cash. The form must be mailed to the above address. No walk-in registrations allowed.

Entry Fee Individual $95.00 USD Two person team $190.00 USD ($95/person) Four person team $380.00 USD ($95/person) Corporate Division 3 Person Team $150 USD (requires a Corporate team sponsorship) If your employer is a Major or Corporate sponsor, you will receive a $25 reimbursement from registration. (corporate level teams not eligible) Entry fees are not refundable. Entries postmarked by September 1 may deduct $10.00 per entry. The event is limited in size. Registration is on a first come first served basis.

Confirmation of Entry
Registrations will be confirmed by email upon receipt of payment. Checks will be deposited upon receipt until the event is filled. Entry fees received after event is full will be returned.


If you have participated in Tri-Quest before, you can earn a $25 finder's fee by being identified on a new participant's registration form.
